It’s still early in our journey but she has been wonderful. She’s easy to open up to and gives great insight when needed. The “homework” is enjoyable and very helpful. I look forward to continuing therapy with her for a long time.

Cherie was fantastic for helping me through anxiety and depression issues that had recurred after several years of remission! I felt I could really open up to her. The books and worksheets she suggested and we discussed were very constructive. They built on each other in a way that made each session feel constructive, like a new step forward to the person I wanted to be. She gave me the structure, and I put in the work. I was only with her for three months, but I feel she made a tremendous difference in my life!
