I was apprehensive about starting therapy of any kind, and thought I would try betterhelp. After several questions I was teamed up with Cheryl, and it was the best introduction to starting my healing journey that I could ever have hoped for. She has made me feel safe, heard, capable, and given me hope along some very difficult conversations and awakenings that I have had so far. I am thankful that Cheryl is there to help me and would have no hesitation in recommending both betterhelp and Cheryl to anyone else who is anxious about stating therapy. Do it; it is honestly the best thing you will do today.
