Cheryl is, not only as a therapist, but also as a person, amazing. Her ability to "understand" or better "realise" the challenges that life has thown at her client, is nothing short of incredible. It highlights, that besides the knowledge, she also harbours the compassion in order to bring to the surface the troublesome "issues", work through them, challenge the own doubts, and guide the client on how to deal with them, and turn the weakness into a strength.

I’ve built up a great rapport with Cheryl over the past year - she’s kind and listens carefully to what I have to say. She helps bring a new perspective and challenges my thoughts that are unhelpful while still acknowledging accountability where needed.

Cheryl has been and continues to be me lifeline through a tough year that’s tested me in every way and continues to. My family and kids credit my progress with my mental health and happiness levels to Cheryl. Couldn’t possibly have enough lines to write how great this woman is. Understanding and caring and seems to always know how to bring me back to reality in the way I need at that time. A credit to Better Help

Cheryl is incredibly kind and patient, while also being a relentless challenger to my own delusions. I know I'm not the easiest client to work with, but Cheryl would never show it. I highly recommend working with Cheryl if you're not used to being treated with love and it flakes away your big ol suit of armour.

An absolute recommend!

I believe that Cheryl is an excellent therapist. From the very first session, Cheryl has been really supportive. She goes the extra mile and always provides a superb service for me. I enjoy our sessions because there is always something new to learn. Cheryl has continued to listen to my thoughts and views, she has helped me to look at the evidence rather than just assuming. Cheryl has also helped me to understand in a particular situation that I hold the power and I can change that situation. Needless to say I have made the relevant changes and although difficult at first Cheryl always checks in with me to make sure I'm okay throughout our sessions. Cheryl is friendly, but always professional. She does make me laugh too because she has a lovely and fun personality. I can see how much improvements I have made with Cheryl because God has given her the ability to assist others. I had a previous therapist (not through Betterhelp) and it was like no changes were being made, I always felt there was more and that I needed to find someone who could listen and guide me. Cheryl is that person and I thank God I found her. She is an asset! Thank you Cheryl.

Cheryl has been such a calm, loving presence in my life. She helped me navigate my anxieties and find a positive perspective and a way to see my feelings which makes them useful instead of overwhelming and negative. Cheryl really helped me through some tough patches and always replied to my messages as soon as she could. I really felt like she was always there for me, adding extra sessions when they had run out for the week and spontaneously sending me a message every now and then to check in on me and make sure I was alright. I highly recommend Cheryl to everyone who needs a guide to take them through some difficult and overwhelming emotions.

Cheryl is a wonderful person and a qualified therapist. Before starting our therapy sessions I've been struggling to find a real professional, someone who can hear me, understand what I mean and actually help. When I began therapy, I thought that I had already known everything about myself and the issues I was experiencing, and I just needed advice. Cheryl completely changed my perspective on this: turns out, I had childhood traumas and unresolved conflicts within myself that I hadn't noticed before. It helped me a lot in developing self-esteem, letting go of the pain and moving forward. I was filled with positive energy and motivation after each session. Cheryl can truly find the right approach to everyone and help them overcome any challenges.
