I couldn’t be more thankful for Cheryl. She has helped me in so many ways. If i could send all patients to her I would. She is the most respectful, biggest listener and helps so much! I am very thankful for her!!

Cheryl is the first therapist I have seen after leaving my abusive partner. Through our sessions, I have learned about how the body holds trauma, and ways to help myself when I get triggered. She is very kind, interested in me as a person instead as a set of symptoms, and is very honest. She also remembers the things we talk about each time, so it’s very nice to feel seen and heard!

Cheryl is the best therapist I have ever worked with. She’s kind, she listens, and genuinely worked hard to connect with me. Thank you Cheryl!
