extensive experience with relationship issues, abuse, and anger
management. Cheryl has training in EMDR (Eye Movement
Desensitization Reregulation), DBT (Dialectic Behavioral Therapy), IPT
(Interpersonal Personal Therapy), and Short-Term Solution Focused
Therapy. She has experience in working with young adults, college
population, couples, groups, trauma survivors, and with military and
their spouses. Cheryl has extensive experience in counseling sexual assault and domestic violence victims and individuals with anger issues.
