About me

Hello! My name is Chloe and I’m a licensed professional counselor in the state of Arizona. I have been practicing counseling for over five years, and have worked with a variety of populations in the mental health field for over 10 years. I most often use a person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy approach to help treat a variety of conditions and symptoms, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, interpersonal conflict, parenting, and career experiences. Person centered therapy provides unconditional, nonjudgmental, positive regard for clients. This means that I do not make assumptions about how things “should” be in your life, but rather we work together to explore options that makes sense for you specifically. Cognitive therapy explores how the way we think about thing impacts the way we feel about things. It then aims to replace negative thinking patterns with positive thinking patterns. While these are not the only approaches I use, I find that they tend to be the ones my clients gravitate toward and they tend to work! Prior to entering into mental health, I worked in corporate America. I am married, have two children, and several fur and feather creatures running around. I truly love and have a deep appreciation for the therapy process, and recognize how difficult things typically have to get in order for most people to seek help. As such, I already appreciate you being here and look forward to working with you!

Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Chloe Levinson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I feel very fortunate to be able to work with Chloe Levinson. This is the best counseling experience I’ve had in my life, hands-down! I feel that Chloe understands my issues, remembers what we talked about from week to week, and offers extremely insightful feedback. She is often quickly able to get to the core of what I’m saying in our sessions and asks follow up questions that afford me the opportunity and space to look at things from a different perspective. I feel so much more hopeful than I did when I started counseling. Signing up to work up with Chloe was the best decision I’ve made in a long time.

Chloe’s intuition is astounding, her compassion un-matched, and her humor as dry as Joan River’s crusty thighs. She is an excellent provider!

Working with Chloe has been tremendously helpful with relationships and self esteem issues in my life. Chloe is incredibly easy to talk to and attentive to details. She has taught me quite a bit about myself in the amount of time we had,
working with Chloe has been phenomenal she really understood my concerns and guided me every step of the way. Addressing matters in a way that helped me see them from a whole different perspective and to get through them by touching on all issues that are affecting me.
