About me

I am licensed in the UK. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, trauma, and abuse, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

I work in a person-centered way, making sure my focus is always on my client's needs. I offer a non-judgemental service in which I aim to empower my clients to find themselves through therapy.

I have a lot of experience working with severe trauma and drug and alcohol addiction. After completing my degree in counseling and psychotherapy, I studied for a Master's in Psychology, however, I believe that certificates and degrees do not make a good therapist. I believe that being human and having understanding, warmth, and compassion are more important and I honestly believe I can offer all of these things, as well as having a wealth of knowledge in my area.

I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to signing up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!

I look forward to hearing from you.

Chloe is a very understanding therapist who offers many words of support and wisdom. She is very friendly and I find it easy to be open with her. I am so glad I found her after many years of trying to find a therapist!

At first I was a bag of nerves about seeking help but when I started talking to Chloe the nerves went away bit by bit as days went on. Chloe will make you feel comfortable and has the nicest ways of helping you talk about how you may be feeling or traumatic experiences you may have been through. I would strongly recommend Chloe to anyone I feel may need help. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and understanding so far in our sessions and in between.

Working with Chloe has been a truly healing experience. From the very first session, she created a space that felt safe, grounded, and genuine—something I’ve never fully experienced with a therapist before. She brings a rare blend of gentleness and honesty that makes it easy to open up, even about the things I’ve carried for a long time.

What stands out most about Chloe is that she doesn’t feel like someone who’s just doing a job—she cares. Deeply. Her presence is warm, non-judgmental, and deeply human. I never feel like I’m being “handled”—I feel understood. Her ability to listen with intention, challenge with compassion, and support without pressure is unmatched.

Every time I leave a session, I feel more connected to myself and more grounded in my healing. Chloe has been a consistent source of emotional safety, and I’m incredibly grateful to have found her.

I've been seeing Chloe for at least 3 months now and the changes in myself are totally priceless. I'm in the best place I've ever been mentally.

Chloe is non judgemental, kind and keeps a perfect balance between friendly and professional. She has also adapted her theraputic angle many times to suit things ive needed and asked for like challenges to my thought processes and judgements, allowed me to use art to explore various feeling etc. and I've found that extremely useful to my progress. Due to all of this, the therapy feels very authentic and like Chloe takes it very seriously and that it's more than just a job
