This looks different for every person, whether that be developing/strengthening coping skills, exploring emotions, reframing thoughts or developing actionable steps towards your goals – we can figure it out. I believe that each client is the expert in their care, I am here to guide you and provide support. My approach is cognitive behavioral, humanistic and psychodynamic.

From the moment I first spoke with Chloe I knew it was a great match. I felt comfortable immediately. She has such a calming energy and open personality. I appreciate her patience and the way she talks/listens. My first impression was that she seemed like such a genuine person, and I still feel that way. Wonderful experience so far.
