Chris is the third therapist that I've tried and he has been absolutely amazing. He is highly accessible (I can message him anytime) and highly positive (even on a day that I'm in tears, he still finds a way to get a laugh or smile out of me). I've been working through several different problems, and Chris is always able to brainstorm a plethora of new things to try. Thanks to Chris, I have understood much more deeply what has been going on in my soul and I'm hoping to get myself on a more upward trajectory.

Within the first ten minutes my faith in this profession had been restored and stereotype broken.
I felt that I could be myself instead of just a number in the system.
I always feel listened to, never judged.
I couldn't recommended him enough

Chris has such a good balance in the way he runs sessions. It’s super easy to talk to him, and the flow between deeper chats and more laid-back conversations feels really natural and progressive. I genuinely look forward to every session.
He’s also really down-to-earth and open with his own experiences, which makes everything feel way more relatable. The way he can take things and put them into perspective, making it all feel relevant to me, has been huge.
Even though my situation isn’t overly complex (I don't believe anyway), I feel like I’ve taken a lot from our sessions, especially around how to handle things in a way that brings out the best version of myself. That is one of the things I struggle with, and working with him has helped me step into situations in a way that positions me better to perform in more challenging scenarios, both in work and socially.
I look forward to what other things can be helped as it's still early days for me and my journey!

Chris has offered a space where I can use nerd culture as a lens for therapy. Rather than using language which I've found trite and inflexible before - I have been in therapy many times before, and also I AM a therapist! - being able to use pop culture as a lens has been invaluable!

Sharing your most intimate and ugly sides of yourself is never easy or fun. The respect, courtesy and empathy Chris shows in his genuine and heartfelt approach makes it easier. I left every session feeling lighter, more capable and strongly believing in my abilities and good intentions. Chris is able to take all the muddled mess going on internally and guide you through undoing all the tangles and knots. He leaves you with the ability to do it yourself the next time things get messy. His availability is outstanding and was able to slot into my busy schedule effortlessly. I really appreciate our therapy sessions and continue to apply his little tidbits of advice in my daily life
