Very professional, nice, down to earth guy. Couldn’t fault anything during my time with him.

Chris has been my therapist for about a year and I can confidently say that he is a fantastic at what he does. During the first few sessions he was able to quickly understand my issues and objectives and identify the thought patterns and behaviours that were holding me back. During our weekly sessions Chris is friendly and personable is consistently able to offer me different perspectives and help me reframe my thoughts when I’m heading in a negative direction. Chris has set me helpful tasks and homework to help me work through my problems and keep me on track in between sessions. He has also always been very responsive, supporting me through text and has made himself available at short notice for a couple of emergency video sessions when I needed it. With Chris’s support I have been able to work through some of my biggest issues and fears. I can’t recommend him enough. Thank you Chris!

Chris is the third therapist that I've tried and he has been absolutely amazing. He is highly accessible (I can message him anytime) and highly positive (even on a day that I'm in tears, he still finds a way to get a laugh or smile out of me). I've been working through several different problems, and Chris is always able to brainstorm a plethora of new things to try. Thanks to Chris, I have understood much more deeply what has been going on in my soul and I'm hoping to get myself on a more upward trajectory.
