About me

I am a clinical psychologist licensed in Virginia with over 6 years of experience. I currently live in Hawaii and I am also pursuing my second doctorate, a Ph.D. in Integrative Medicine. I work with a wide range of emotional, cognitive, and behavioral issues. Providing experienced therapy in the areas of depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, military psychology, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and many more.

My therapeutic style is genuine, warm, and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My goal is to create and hold a safe space for you where you can explore and speak freely. I believe in collaboration where we work together and build off your strengths and inner wisdom. I also believe that you are the expert of you and I am an expert at creating positive change and together we can help you achieve your goals.

My theoretical orientation is grounded in a Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual approach that combines Client-Centered Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Bio and Neurofeedback to help facilitate positive and lasting change. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!
