My name is Chrissy Leyland. I have a PostGraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and I am registered in the UK with the BACP. I have experience in helping clients with alcohol issues, relationships, trauma and abuse. I also have experience working with motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. Integrative counselling uses techniques from different therapeutic approaches, which means I can vary my approach to meet your needs.
