What proved to me that Christie really stands out as a therapist is that she provided the right advice in the right order. This way, I could use techniques she mentioned to address my most urgent issues first, to then place myself in a better position to address the underlying ones. I am confident progress is happening, and I would recommend Christie in a heartbeat.

Christie is an excellent therapist. She goes beyond the session, offering recommendations of resources which might help me including books, YouTube tutorials and animations as well as documentaries or even poems. As an artist myself, Christie has connected the dots between mental health and storytelling in away that works for my brain. She has listened as well as giving me help to decide on actionable next steps.Even having been in face to face therapy before, the progress I have made with Christie online has been noticed by family and friends and, crucially, within myself.

Christie quickly helped me feel comfortable in opening up to her. I always feel like she is really listening and understands me. Christie is the first therapist I’ve ever had and I feel lucky to have be paired with her the first time. I can’t recommend her enough!
