About me

Welcome! I am a Mastered, Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York and I have been working for 20 years with families and clients of all ages. My pleasure is helping to support my clients going through their unique journeys. I have helped clients with depression, anxiety, ADHD, Autism, grief, parenting concerns, relationship challenges, addictions, trauma, abuse, Bipolar, adjustment issues, and crisis. I have helped families address a range of concerns that revolved around child abuse, child neglect, domestic violence, substance abuse, self-esteem, and more.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I integrate my kindness, humor and objectivity to assist and I believe in treating others with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmas or labels. My approach combines client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and structural family therapy, in addition to working with an approach to focus on strengths that you possess. We will identify them together and use them to create what you want and need in your life.

My goal is to help my clients be the best version of themselves and live the best life that is creative and authentic to them. The process of discovering takes courage. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

"Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It's about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen." Brene Brown

I look forward to working with you! Take care, Christina

Christina has been an incredible part of my recovery and growth. She offers a great array of support by providing reading materials, references, links to relevant materials; as well as integrating a variety of practical tools and holistic techniques that address the body, mind, and spirit. She is an excellent listener with a warm, centered presence who always feels like an ally invested in my well-being. I’m grateful to have found a practitioner helping to guide me along my path of healing in such a dynamic way.
