About Me
Hey you, I'm so proud of you for taking the first brave step by being here today and seeking support through therapy! :-)
I am Christina Andino (she/her), a licensed therapist with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience supporting children, teens, adults, and couples from various backgrounds and experiences, including LGBTIA+ and people of color. In addition, to those within the Military (service members, spouses, families, and veterans) and Foster Care and Adoption (children, youth, bio parents, grandparents, foster parents, adoptive parents, and caregivers) communities.
My experience includes working with people experiencing stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, trauma and abuse, & depression. In addition to intimacy-related issues, parenting issues, motivation, self-esteem, confidence, emotion management, school and career difficulties, compassion fatigue, concentration, memory, and focus (ADHD), and more.
I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion and taking an individual approach to therapy because there is NOT a "one-size-fits-all" approach to mental health and therapy. As a therapist, I meet you where you are at in your life, and we go from there. Then together, we will identify the best way to help you begin your personal journey of healing.
I encourage you to take the next brave step and schedule a Video or Phone session with me whenever you can. I always recommend the sooner, the better!:-)
Thanks! -Christina Andino, LCSW (she/her)
