Christina Hyndman, LCSW
About me
Hi, I’m Christina. I’m a therapist because I genuinely care about people’s stories and want to be a steady, supportive presence during the hard parts of life.
Whether you’re overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, facing a major life change, or just feeling stuck in patterns that don’t serve you anymore—I’m here to help you make sense of what’s going on and figure out what’s next.
I bring warmth, honesty, and curiosity to our work together. My clients often tell me they feel clearer and lighter after our sessions—that something clicks when they finally feel seen and understood without judgment.
I have a background in medical and hospice social work, which taught me a lot about resilience, grief, and the quiet strength people carry. But I work with all kinds of people navigating all kinds of transitions.
Therapy with me is collaborative. I don’t see myself as the expert on your life—you are. I’m here to help you notice patterns, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward in a way that feels true to you.
