Dr. Christina Jurekovic, LPC
About me
My hope is to create a space where you feel safe and supported to share your story and explore your experiences. Through counseling you can deepen your self-awareness and nurture healthier, more meaningful relationships.
Since 2014, I have been providing counseling as a school counselor, a licensed professional counselor (LPC), and a professor of clinical mental health counseling. These experiences have shown me that each person’s journey is unique, and the most effective support comes from tailoring counseling to your individual needs and goals.
I practice from a person-centered perspective, offering compassionate guidance and practical strategies that can bring relief from current challenges while also supporting lasting, sustainable growth. My aim is to help build resilience and move forward with confidence and clarity. I look forward to walking alongside you as you navigate your path toward hope and healing.

I love her. She’s absolutely amazing! I tried therapy for a while. Went through many people. Could never find anyone one I wanted to be open up to. Never felt comfortable; however, she has given me multiple ways to deal with different things and she actually gives you a sence of care. I’m coming back to therapy now and she’s the person I’m coming back to. I will keep coming back to her. She’s just so amazing!

Dr. Jurekovic has been nothing short of phenomenal. She has supported me and helped me through difficult situations in my life. She is knowledgeable, kind, warm, and empathetic. I always know that she is a safe person to talk to. I’m so grateful for her. I would not be as successful as I am now without her.
