About me
I am so glad you made it here. Life can be so beautiful, yet so difficult to navigate. It can often feel intimidating to reach out and ask for support. I am here to provide a safe, compassionate and supportive space to guide you along your healing journey. I have 10+ years of experience helping individuals in various settings of all ages, cultures and communities. I strive to empower people by working collaboratively to increase self awareness, foster a deeper connection to self and to better understand the root of feelings, limiting beliefs and past experiences using an integrative therapeutic approach.
I specialize in working with young adult/adult populations who experience anxiety, low self-esteem, acute stress or life transitions. Sessions will incorporate various trauma-informed techniques and holistic approaches, which may include IFS, CBT, breathwork, mindfulness-based stress reduction, somatic expression, guided imagery, yoga, or meditation.
My approach to healing is grounded in self-acceptance. Through the encouragement of self-exploration, the goal is to help you to feel confident within yourself, connect to your inner knowing and find balance in the mind, the body and the spirit. If you sense that this may be a good fit for you, I would love to connect!
