About me

I am an independently Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with supervision designation (LPCC-S) and a Nationally Certified/Board Certified Counselor (NCC). I received my Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati and my Master of Arts in Counseling from Xavier University. I have grown up in Cincinnati and I have been working with children, teens, young adults, and adults in the mental health field for years.

I tailor my therapy approach to best fit the needs of the client I am working with – I believe that it’s important to fit the therapy to the client, not the other way around.

I work with each client to make sure that they are reaching their goals and are making the growth in therapy that they are looking for. I believe in the importance of creating a safe and open environment for personal growth and change to occur.
