Christina is the best therapist I’ve had in years. She really can bring me back down to lower level thinking and not spiraling mentally through life’s stress. She is never a sugar coat on anything which I value as having a therapist, but also one that questions my position through circumstances. I highly recommend Christina.

So far Christina has been awesome. She is so patient with me. She makes you feel like you’re her only client. She is sooooooo understanding and non judgmental. I asked God to place me with a therapist that he knew would be good for me. I have no doubt that God answered my prayers.

I absolutely love Christina! She puts in above and beyond the amount of effort I could ever imagine from a therapist. She listens intently , provides a vast variety of different helpful techniques or worksheets, and she has such a kind and easy to trust personality. I couldn’t be more pleased with how things have been so far in only a short few weeks.

Christina listens to everything I have to say and makes me feel like I'm not alone in this. She helps me go and figure out what it is that I'm fearing and helps me find ways to cope with them. She is very kind and that is one of the greatest things that I like about her. Not to mention how knowledgeable she is. The worksheets that she gives out she explains them to you and they help to give you ideas of helping yourself.

This is my first ever therapy. Christina made me feel very comfortable to share my thoughts and beliefs and more importantly, have a discussion- I don't think I have been this open to anyone else! She is incredibly accessible and responds to chats well (mind you, we have a 6-7 hour timezone difference). I went to her with an entangled ball of issues that she has expertly guided me to unravel, helping me identify the root cause. I am grateful to have had met Christina. If giving out stars to people I appreciate is a normalised thing, she definitely gets one!
