About Me

Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to study psychology, Marriage and Family in particular, and eventually led to a full-time career. As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Tampa Bay area, I am committed to the well-being of all my clients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs. This has led me to becoming Adoption Competency Certified, a Nurturing Parenting Facilitator, Trauma-Informed, and introduced to Infant Mental Health!

I truly care for all my clients and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. Since 2016, I have worked with a variety of clients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives and continue to serve those in the community while continuing to remain knowledgeable of new approaches and tools that could be implemented for success!

I love Christina. She’s a great counselor who gives me a variety of ways to interact with her. When we don’t have a session scheduled she’ll always ask how I’m doing and respond in a timely manner.

She is great. My rating went wrong please ignore it, as my phone didn’t register what I was trying to give... I would definitely recommend Christina. She is attentive, caring, sharp and responsive. Highly recommend.

So far Christina has been really helpful in helping me manage my stress surrounding multiple areas. She asks the right questions and encourages me to say as much as I can while creating a space where I know I don't have to speak about something I'm not ready to yet.

Christina helped me through a very tough time in my life and always had prompt replies and encouraging and helpful advice and homework. I can say my life has drastically changed for the better since starting counseling with Christina. She has a way of making you realize the reasons behind your feelings and really helps you understand yourself better. The sessions themselves were eye opening and the homework given were very helpful. Thank you Christina for helping me make the tough decisions needed to better my life and be a more carefree, confident and happier person (:

I am happy with my counseling sessions with Christina. She asks the right questions and has worksheets and treatment plans that are very helpful. She is also professional and answers my messages really fast. I’m looking forward to continuing my sessions with continued progress until I reach my goals.

I love working with Christina. There have been times where she gives me homework and I struggle to keep up with it. Instead of feeling judged or like I've failed, she always turns it into a learning opportunity and I way for me to understand more about myself. At the same time she challenges me to question my thoughts and actions so I understand why I struggle or thrive. I always come away from our sessions feeling accomplished and like it was time well spent.
