Christine has a wonderful way of making you feel comfortable to open up. She also provides some great tools or advice. I have learned a lot from her exercises we do to help work through my issues. The tools and examples she gives are very relatable and helpful to refer back to if a similar situation arises. She’s great!

I am transitioning from fulltime employment to retirement - it has not been easy for me- I have also had issues within our family of serious illnesses and addictions. Christine is always there if I need to talk with her. Her advice is reassuring and proactive as I learn how to retire and how to be better at dealing with our family issues. I find Christine compassionate and knowledgeable - plus she has a good sense of humor. She has been very helpful to me.

I didn’t have much hope before my fist session. I’d done therapy previously and hadn’t gotten much from it. After my first session with Christine, I had a really nice sigh of relief and a few tears of hope. Really happy for having chosen to give this a shot.

Christine is kind, thoughtful, validating, and listens. She sends me worksheets that have been extremely helpful. And she texts me between our video sessions to check in. Glad that I picked her!
