I am a licensed therapist in Utah with over 14 years of professional experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges. My areas of focus include addiction recovery, relationship and family issues, and parenting support.
My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Attachment Theory. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop tools for lasting change.
