About Me
Hello! I am an experienced therapist with over 10 years if experience as a Licensed Independent Social Worker, with my supervision designation. My experience includes counseling in areas of grief and loss, life changes, chronic illness, anxiety, depression and much more. In sessions, I utilize a person centered approach and work with my clients to develop goals of care. I also often use a strengths based approach with my clients to help them identify their own strengths and coping skills. I believe that talk therapy is most effective when an established and trusting therapeutic bond is formed.
During therapy, an integrated approach is applied and behavioral and humanistic therapy is utilized.
When I am not counseling clients, I teach at a local university in the social work program and provide license supervision to new social workers.

Always helpful
Christine listens, validates, supports and challenges. I so appreciate her feedback and the space to process with someone who can catch my thinking errors and helps me correct them.
I’ve had a few therapists over the years, and I’ve never connected so well with anyone else. Christine listens so well and makes me feel hopeful. She’s given me so many tools to survive my anxiety and supports me at my own pace. She responds in a super timely manner and it’s always comforting to hear from her. So thankful for you, Christine!
