I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with 5 years counseling experience working as a counselor, skills coach, and crisis counselor. I have worked with client and families with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD, and psychosis.
My counseling style is warm and understanding. I believe everyone deserves to feel respected and heard without preconceived stigmas or prejudices. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and ACT to help equip you with the tools you will need to live a more fulfilling and joy-filled life. I will draw from each of these techniques to find a treatment plan that best fits you and your unique needs.
