About me

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor that had worked in the field of addiction and mental health recovery for 30 + years . I am well versed in providing clinical therapy for veterans, military members and their families, persons with addictions, mental health challenges and the 55 + population. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, 12 Step Facilitation, Motivational Interviewing and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART must use video only with hand and eye movements) and can adjust my technique to meet the unique needs of my clients.
I have worked on military installations (both as an active duty member and civilian), inpatient mental health hospital, out patient/inpatient addictions treatment and various correctional facilities. I am of the belief that everyone can change, resolve conflict, be a better version of themselves and most importantly HEAL.
