Hello, my name is Christine Weber and I am a licensed LPC in the state of Connecticut and a licensed LMHC in the state of RI. I attended Rhode Island College where I received my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Justice Studies and then a Masters in Agency Counseling. As I began working in the mental health field, I then pursued my Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Rehabilitation Counseling and I am now able to obtain licensure in the two states.
I have experience working with all ages and with all types of mental health disorders as well as substance use disorders and then co-occurring disorders. For the past 4 years I have worked mainly with anxiety using mindfulness, CBT and exposure therapy. Over the past 6 years, I have been working with adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health issues.

I am extremely pleased with Christine’s responses both online and live. She provided strategies for me that were practical and really work. She’s even better “live”. She listens and was able to get me to think about and actually say what I really want and need in my life.
Christine helps me feel comfortable, we have a relationship of trust and I know I can count on her. She listens and cares.
Christine has been so helpful so far. She asks lots of questions and listens really well. I've only been working with her for a short time, but already ive learned invaluable information from her. I highly recommend her services.
Christine has been helping me for a few weeks now and not only do I feel safe but I also see that my circumstances are manageable and I can affect change. Working with Christine gives me a lot of relief from my emotional and mental stress and panic, And what I really value is that each time we talk and I feel like I'm in the same place I was before, she is patient and can help me see how I've become stronger while also helping me acknowledge that healing happens on different timelines for everyone. Christine's experience and gentle confidence is so reassuring because her techniques and tools are smarter than my brain, and anyone suffering with long time depression or anxiety has a brain that knows "all the tricks".
Christine made me feel extremely comfortable, and at ease while talking to her. She understands my needs and my priorities, and gives me manageable goals that are easy for me to apply to my daily life. She is a wonderful fit for me, and made me very happy I came back to therapy.
Christine is amazing. Really pushing me to open up, something I’m not comfortable with and tend to run away from. She sends me little notes like “hope you’re having a good day”, really helps.
