Chris is a wonderful therapist. Very calm, supportive and patient. I was incredibly nervous to be in therapy but he allowed me to set the pace for our sessions and utilized a mix of text and phone sessions to make sure I was comfortable and able to fit in therapy with my ever changing schedule and full house. He is reassuring, helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone that is struggling.

Therapy sessions with Chris are very relaxed and he makes sure that you feel comfortable in everything you’re talking about and doing. We’ve only had two sessions so far, but he does a very good job at explaining his thought processes and methods so that you can understand them as well. I got a very good sense of whether we would work as a therapist and client pair in the first session, and I think that’s due to his openness and ability to communicate clearly.
