I had never had therapy before and frankly didn’t want to. Chris is changing my life one session at a time. I am eternally grateful to him and his dedication to helping people

Its crazy to me that I have only just begun my journey with this program 'Better Help" and with Chris as my therapist, but I have such a great feeling from it so far! I havent felt this positive about anything in life recently let alone something new and having to do with therapy. This was supposed to be a scary and awkward experience, or so I thought! Chris has been so personable and makes me feel relaxed and is easy to talk to! I APPRECIATE HOW HE EXPLAINS A LOT SO YOURE NOT LEFT THINKING " Is it normal or okay to feel this way"... I have already been recommending him to friends..

Chris is awesome. He’s a down to earth straight shooter who respects his clients and their opinions. He has good suggestions for change and explains the reasoning for his suggestions.

Chris has been amazing so far, the way he is empathetic and understanding to what has been going on in my life has been really helping me. He makes me feel validated in things that have happened but I used to think was smaller than what it actually was.
