Chris has helped me in ways that are hard to explain over text form. This journey of healing is long and difficult, but Chris makes me feel heard and not alone. I can’t recommend him enough.

Chris is a calming presence in our hectic world. Solid skills and knowledge in various aspects of therapy - and always a pleasure to meet with (regardless of the topic). I have had several deep breakthroughs that have led to a greater understanding of why I do what I do. I highly recommend Chris.

Christopher Dennison is pretty cool. Very interested in what you have to say and responds fairly quickly. He also gives plenty of different exercises to assist you with your therapy. He does pay attention to the details of the conversation. I do like the different activities he gives to try out. He doesn't give a one size fits all type of therapy activity suggestion. Great person.

This was my first time getting therapy and Dr Dennison couldn’t have been a better fit. He is very caring, polite and professional. I struggle with a a few sets of issues and after our first session I knew I that with his expertise I would have the tools to grow and take full ownership of my life. I am looking forward to many more sessions!
