Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Chris Owen. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

I was scared in first starting therapy. One of my biggest concerns in finding a therapist was finding someone who could empathize and understand LGBTQIA+ issues. After my first session with Chris, I was immediately put at ease. She is prompt to respond and has cultivated a safe, productive space where I feel heard, and supported, pivoting to each and any issues that have arisen for me during the week. they've helped me develop the tools to help manage and deal with my anxiety and spiraling tendencies. I would absolutely recommend her knowledge and expertise to a friend.

Chris is incredible! I'm so thankful to have found her. She listens and supports me in whatever way I need that day, and helps me see things in a different way that I didn't even know I needed.

She's been incredibly kind and understanding. She's thoughtful and honest, and very helpful. She's very down-to-earth and easy to talk to.

I love that we can relate to one another on the ADHD spectrum and he has a lot of great information on why our brains work the way they do. I feel heard when talking with Owen and even tho we’ve only had one session so far, I can tell he’s really working to help me better understand ME and teach me positive coping skills to overcome my challenges.
