Christy has been such a valuable resource in my life over the last year, and I couldn't be more appreciative and thankful. I started therapy after some unexpected trauma, and have now reached a point where I feel confident with the tools at my disposal to navigate the next steps. I've healed from past hurt, strengthened relationships with family and friends, and feel significantly more confident about where I'm headed personally. This would have been a much harder journey without Christy.

She listened, challenged, provided alternative perspectives, held me accountable, and asked me tough questions. She was always kind, inviting, and created an environment where I felt comfortable sharing some of my most hurtful and happy moments. I would recommend Christy to anyone who is looking to become a better you.

Christy is the best thing that I have done for myself. Her personality allows me to be completely comfortable and open. For me, feeling judged is a difficulty and Christy does not make me feel that way at all. Her advice is very well thought out and has truly made a difference in my mental health.
