I was extremely nervous about trying out Betterhelp but Chundra is amazing! It’s super easy to talk to her, she understands my concerns/anxieties/frustrations, she’s an excellent listener, and provides useful feedback. I highly recommend her. I’ve never had a therapist of any kind before and Chundra is wonderful, so this has been a great first experience.
