I have worked with Cicely for almost a year. I was having increased symptoms of anxiety, depression, and PTSD from unresolved trauma. I had difficulty with daily living. Cicely is an excellent listener and highly skilled at gently reigning me back when my ADHD brain gets lost. Cicely is a very compassionate, kind, and sincere human being. She has truly helped me to get "unstuck." I am so grateful to have been matched with her as a therapist! I highly recommend Cicely Alvis. She is the best!!

Cicely is wonderful. I have seen a few therapists over the years and when I found her I knew after just a couple of sessions that she was the right one for me.
I love how I can talk to her like a close friend, there’s no stuffy formalities and she listens then gives me helpful strategies to work though what I can.
She gives great tools for PTSD symptoms, grief coping, abuse trauma, and cognitive dissonance.
I have experienced so much healing in my first year of therapy with her. I can’t recommend her enough!
