Working with Dr. Cook has been very beneficial for me. Availability for video sessions and responsiveness to messages and journal entries fit my needs. Dr. Cook provides an empathic ear and worksheets for certain skills if desired. I felt confident in sharing aspects of my life that I am sensitive about because she provides a very nonjudgmental and compassionate ear.

Dr. Cook has always been kind and thoughtful. I love how this app helps me and helps her so I don't feel like I have to repeat myself on situation and everyone is always on the same page. She responds on a timely manner and has comforting words, helpful criticism, and guiding advice.

Dr. Cook is amazing, she always listens and understands the issues and problems that I face in my life. Cares about how my week went and remembers about things coming up and asks about them the week after to see how it went. She is very helpful and sends the best worksheets.
