Cindy Goulding, LCMHC
About me
I have over 30 years of experience as a licensed mental health therapist, and I am also a certified health and wellness coach and certified personal (fitness) trainer. I also provide alternative modalities to healing. I have worked in a variety of settings, including corporate wellness, schools, outpatient centers, and an emergency department.
My practices are simple, effective, and evidence-based and outcomes have great success with a collaborative approach. I specialize in healthy weight, emotional eating, fitness goals and personalized exercise programs, guided imagery and meditation, mindfulness, stress, anxiety, grief and loss, relationships (home and work), tobacco cessation, parenting and career counseling. I authored the book, “Healthy Weight: It’s a Family Affair” and co-published a meditation CD, “Protecting Your Inner Peace.”
Health and wellness is my passion, and I am committed to helping you reach your fullest potential. Since we all are unique and have different needs, I take a holistic approach to optimize outcomes for improved health and well-being. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing skills, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness to empower my clients.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, discouraged, exhausted, unmotivated, or if you just want to try a new approach to enhance your level of emotional, mental, and physical wellness, I can help you with your journey.
