Cindy is amazing and I feel genuinely lucky to have matched with her. She is by far the best therapist I’ve had so far. She’s incredibly compassionate, understanding, thorough, and super insightful. She’s excellent at responding promptly and is always available for me, and I feel so much better knowing I have someone by my side who is there for me and really listens. So grateful for Cindy

Cindy is wonderful. She clearly understand what I try to describe to her even if I feel like I’m not doing a great job. She asks insightful questions and makes me see things in new perspectives. I always feel heard, respected, and very comfortable with her - this has been since day one. Cannot recommend her more!

Cindy is a great listener, and meets you where you are. I also enjoy that she doesn’t force clients to relive their trauma and explain every detail and how it made you feel, but if it comes up organically we explore it and if not we don’t. She stays up to date with clients and sends messages throughout the week her expertise and care shows through in her actions and she truly listens. She focuses on the now instead of focusing on problems in the past.
