About me

Hello, and welcome. My name is Cindy Reyes, LCSW, and I am a bilingual (English and Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing mental health services to individuals and families. Throughout my career, I have worked in community mental health, helping clients navigate a wide range of emotional and life challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, stress, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.

I earned my Master of Social Work degree and have dedicated my professional career to supporting diverse populations in achieving emotional wellness and personal growth. In addition to psychotherapy services, I have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed care, and immigration psychological evaluations, including asylum, extreme hardship waivers, VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa, N-648 disability waivers, and substance abuse evaluations.

My treatment approach is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I believe that every individual has strengths and resilience that can be built upon to overcome challenges and create meaningful change. I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.

I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-informed interventions, strength-based techniques, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies. Together, we will identify goals, develop practical coping skills, and work toward improving your overall well-being.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, life stressors, or simply seeking personal growth, I am committed to helping you move forward with confidence and hope. Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you do not have to face life’s challenges alone. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and emotional wellness.
