Hello, My name is Claire Ralli, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working in the state of Florida. I have over seven years of experience working with children, adults, couples and families. Past practices have involved providing inpatient psychiatric services, working with patients in the hospital setting, and providing counseling to those afflicted with both physical and mental health issues.
I am a solution focused therapist. I work with each client individually to help them identify areas for desired growth; I then assist them in developing personalized goals and objectives based on their strengths to help them make life changes to improve their overall quality of life. I utilize a blend of cognitive behavioral and client centered therapy while also incorporating elements of mindfulness and meditation. These methods promote healing and desired change in a unique, gentle and respectful manner.
While working in inpatient services, I have successfully treated individuals coping with depression, anxiety, relationship issues and life transitions. My health counseling experience includes working with individuals suffering with long term chronic illness and the associated treatment of anxiety and depression, as well as providing counseling services to family members and caregivers. In addition, I provide family counseling, and counseling for relationship issues, assistance renewing communication skills, conflict resolution, as well as stress and anger management.
It is my belief that counseling is a safe and nurturing space for individuals to focus on themselves and I am there to guide them through the process of making changes to achieve the growth that they desire.
