I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Ohio with 5 years of experience as a therapist. I am honored to be able to serve people in this way and am glad to have an even broader opportunity through this platform. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, trauma and abuse, & issues with motivation, self esteem, and confidence.
I received my degree from Franciscan University of Steubenville and have an additional certificate in Christian Counseling. I am more than willing to integrate a Christian perspective into our therapy sessions, should you express an interest in doing so. However, it's important to note that this aspect of counseling will be client-led and will only be included in our sessions if it aligns with your preferences and needs. I will always respect your autonomy and will work with you to create a therapy plan that is tailored to your individual beliefs and goals. Your comfort and well-being are my top priorities, and I am here to support you on your journey toward mental and emotional healing, regardless of your religious or spiritual beliefs.
