Claire is a fantastic therapist & i feel very grateful to have found her. I feel safe, heard, understood & supported by her. I look forward to sharing my news with her good or bad. Claire is so supportive & kind & I hope she never leaves as it takes a long time to find a therapist as good as her.

I have been taken aback by how comfortable and instantly safe I feel with Claire. She asks relevant questions, makes me feel heard and cared for, and I really feel like she gently gets down to the core issue without feeling rushed, but also not wasting time. I have never felt so sure about a therapist. She gives me worksheets and exercises when we aren't in session and encourages me to write more which has really helped. To every message, thought, or worksheet she responds with encouraging words, even when I don't expect to hear from her. She is clearly very professional, but I can sense that she also deeply cares.

I found Claire to be very easy to talk to and she did a great job of being coping techniques to me that were effective and easy to integrate into my daily life. Would definitely work with her again.

Claire Tristram has been a very kind therapist. I've been working with her for almost a year and I feel she's been very helpful with giving me tools to ground myself. She also is very encouraging and helps me figure out where my feelings are really coming from and gives me tools to practice self-awareness and keep me grounded from spirals. I am truly grateful to find her.

People had recommended therapy on a number of occasions but I had always been reluctant to engage. From the outset Claire made me feel comfortable in expressing myself and created an open environment to listen and share. The sessions have purpose and are followed with practical tasks that reinforce the learnings. I look forward to continuing to work with Claire.
