Claudia Duarte, LCSW
About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting individuals through depression, anxiety, substance use concerns, relationship issues, and major life changes and transitions. I have also worked extensively with people experiencing crisis and aiding in finding the best approach, providing care that is grounded, compassionate, and focused on safety, dignity, and hope.
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel respected and understood—not reduced to a diagnosis or label. I’ve worked with people from all backgrounds and walks of life, and I approach each person as a whole human being shaped by unique experiences, strengths, and challenges. My goal is to meet you where you are, without judgment or assumptions.
My work is collaborative and tailored to your needs. Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you, make sense of patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to help you navigate emotions, relationships, and change with greater confidence. Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong”—it’s about supporting growth, resilience, and connection in a way that feels meaningful to you.
If you’re going through a difficult period, questioning next steps, or simply looking for support, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk alongside you.
