Claudia is an excellent therapist, she is friendly and easy to talk to and makes me feel heard and understood. Throughout my time working with her I have become much more cognizant of my personal boundaries and how to manage them in a healthy way. I check in with myself more often, which has helped in all aspects of my life. I would highly recommend her as a therapist.
