About me
Life can feel incredibly difficult when our relationships, with a partner or with ourselves , aren’t where we want them to be.
I specialise in counselling for both individuals and couples who are experiencing relationship challenges, and also support people who are single and wanting a relationship but it doesn't seem to be working for you and you want to explore why this might be happening.
You may be struggling with communication, connection or intimacy, finding it hard to feel emotionally close, or noticing that past experiences are affecting your current relationships.
My work is grounded in an attachment-focused approach, helping you understand the patterns and emotional responses that sit underneath the surface. Together, we explore how your past experiences may be shaping the way you relate to yourself and others today, and gently work towards creating new, healthier ways of connecting.
Many of the people I work with also experience anxiety, depression or low self-esteem, especially when these feelings are linked to relationships. I offer a warm, collaborative and non-judgmental space where you can talk openly, gain clarity, and begin to build more secure and fulfilling relationships.
