Reviews

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Colette Safhill. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.

Colette has helped me considerably. When I first started sessions with her I felt like a shell of myself. I experienced spiralling thoughts and couldn’t see the wood through the trees, constantly feeling overwhelmed and anxious.
Through weekly sessions, Colette has worked with me to bring back my sparkle, refocus my energy and realign my sense of self. I couldn’t be more grateful for all of her patient nature, coaching and therapeutic support.

Colette changed my life. She’s the only therapist I’ve ever had in 12-13 years of therapy who’s actually been able to help me in a real, lasting way.

She isn’t “soft” or performatively comforting - she’s direct, grounded, and tells you the truth. That honesty is exactly what I needed. She made me feel safe enough to be fully human, while also holding me to what’s real and what needs to change. Sessions with her weren’t vague; they were clear, practical, and deeply impactful.

Without a doubt, working with Colette has saved my life, and sessions with her are one of the best things that has ever happened to me. I look forward to continuing our time together, and would recommend her as strongly as I can.

Colette is brilliant. I have had a number of therapists over the years but she is the best by far. She really understands me and uses her detailed and extensive knowledge and skills to really help me make changes. So glad I have her in my life. I feel amazingly optimistic about my future life which at 54 after too long struggling is absolutely brilliant. Never had a therapist get me so quickly and help so much. Her background is fascinating and inspiring too.

she has a warm funny, beautiful personality as young person working with her was amazing as she is very insightful and knowledgeable! I love how she set what to expect from her from the get go, so you knew exactly what type of service you would be receiving and she did not disappoint.
P.S I love little details about her like how she’s running 50k, incredible if you ask me.
