I was hesitant because finding a therapist you can connect with and will love is harder than finding a needle in a haystack. I was fortunate enough to be connected with Colleen. I consider it lucky. I don’t know her well but she has great insight and has listened even if we went just a little over time in my time of need and hardship. I’ve cried and never felt judged or dismissed. I am lucky.

In the short time I’ve worked with Colleen, I’ve made significant progress in processing my childhood trauma. I had expressed early on that opening up can be difficult for me and that I often don’t know where to begin. Colleen has done a great job of asking thoughtful, probing questions that gently guide me toward the root of my issues. She listens attentively, acknowledges what I share, and consistently validates my feelings. I’ve felt supported and understood throughout our sessions, and I truly appreciate the safe space she creates for healing.
