Collette Duffin
About me
For the past 10 years, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people navigate life’s challenges and build lasting change. My work has spanned both clinical settings—including a GP surgery, where I support patients through some of their most vulnerable moments—and private practice, where I’ve guided individuals to meaningful breakthroughs in their personal lives. I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and tailored to you.
My clients often share that they feel truly heard and supported, while also being gently encouraged to grow.
With a strong record of success in private client work, I bring both professional expertise and genuine care into every session. I combine proven therapeutic approaches with a compassionate down to earth side, allowing my clients to feel supported, empowered and safe enough to open up. Many of my clients report leaving sessions feeling lighter, confident and equipped with tools that genuinely improve their daily lives.
Whether you’re here seeking clarity, healing, or a new path forward, you’ve already taken an important first step. I’d be honoured to walk alongside, together we can create lasting change that feels both possible and sustainable.

Collette has helped me to push past some major blockages that were limiting my personal development. She explains things in a clear, no nonsense way, that is focussed on how to move forward rather than dwelling on the past or laying blame on people, situations or myself. For me, this is the perfect kind of therapist, a personal trainer for your mind and emotions; except rather than doing dead lifts, we're lifting off dead emotional weight ;-) I would highly recommend Collette to anyone who was serious about sorting through their issues in a positive way to live a better life. I can't thank her enough for helping me reframe key thought processes and unhelpful patterns that, thanks to our work together, no longer control my thoughts and actions.

Collette has helped me work through a trauma which I experienced 14 years ago. She’s been supportive, kind and incredibly perceptive in helping me recognise triggers and has given me numerous tools to help me overcome them. I’m so grateful that in 12 weeks I feel the strongest I have ever been. Thank you!
