About me

I am a licensed professional counselor in Georgia with 8+ years of experience working in a variety of settings. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, substance use, career challenges, and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is closely aligned with cognitive-behavioral therapy but I like to incorporate acceptance and commitment therapy, as well as mindfulness. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

It takes courage to seek for a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. If you are ready to take that step I am here to support and empower you.

I look forward to working with you!

My therapist has been a lifesaver. I have been through a lot in a short period of time and I can not imagine how I would have gotten through without his amazing support.

Conard was a very understanding, very personable, and a cool dude. He was willing to go as deep or surfacey as I wanted and didn't push. I highly recommend him wherever he may end up.

I think my therapust is exceptional. On a regular basis he checks in and always stays focused on the goals at hand. I have not ever been happier, or better stated, more satisfied with the level of care given by my provider.
