I’ve worked with Connie since my mum passed away and she’s really listens and has offered support that I can’t thank her enough for.

Connie is very compassionate and understanding with great insight to ask probing questions. She is also very good at suggesting homework that helps you get out of your historical mindset and reassess your triggers. I am very happy with how I have been coached to appreciate the good things in my life. I highly recommend Connie to anyone who is suffering depression from the loss of a relationship.

Connie is amazing, she has helped me deal with things that have bothered me so much, some of which I didn’t realise was bothering me until I talked about it.
She is so patient, understanding, sympathetic and supportive.
