Connie Fleming, LPC
About me
As a licensed therapist with over thirty years of experience, I support individuals as they navigate life’s complex emotional landscapes. My work focuses on helping clients move through stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, family conflict, and seasons of personal growth with greater clarity and resilience. Grief touches all of us at different points in life, and I offer grief‑informed therapy to help clients process loss in its many forms.
I bring a warm, compassionate approach to counseling and have extensive experience supporting children, teens, adults, and families. I am especially passionate about working with young adults as they navigate transitions related to school, independence, identity, and relationships. My clinical focus includes self‑esteem, communication difficulties, social anxiety, and major life transitions.
I understand how deeply emotional struggles such as isolation, guilt, shame, and workplace stress can affect daily life. My therapeutic style is grounded in empathy and emotional safety, creating a space where clients can explore their experiences, heal from past wounds, and build stronger, more fulfilling connections with themselves and others.
Whether you’re working through relationship concerns, seeking personal growth, or adjusting to a difficult life transition, I am committed to walking alongside you with steadiness, understanding, and professional support.
