Connie is absolutely incredible. She’s been my therapist for about a year now… And with her help, my life has changed tremendously. I love that she meets you where you are at… She can tackle things from a faith base perspective, a science based perspective, an emotional-based perspective… I’m not sure where this woman’s knowledge ends, but I certainly haven’t found the end of it yet. And with all the issues I have, it’s just incredible

I am so happy that I was matched with Connie from the beginning. She has been awesome in helping me to understand and process what I have been through. She's given me the space to get my feelings out, given me tools to manage in crisis, and provided knowledge to understand my situation and how to deal with it in the future. Thank you, Connie! <3

There is genuine care and concern for me as a client that I am guessing is unique in therapy. Connie has connected with me deeply while also remaining professional in client / therapist boundaries. My sense is this is a unique capacity among therapists. For those who feel deeply, who are deeply empathetic themselves and sensitive (- which are all positive attributes - they can also leave people somewhat vulnerable. Connie gets this - and will be there for you.

Coming into therapy and meeting Connie has been the best thing I could have done for myself. She is very kind and supportive through out this 5 month experience. She has helped me over come so much with her worksheets and her advice. She is just amazing and I’m so proud of the person I’m becoming because of this experience. If I come back to therapy I would definitely pick Connie again.

Connie has been a tremendous help and support during our sessions. I was always hesitant to seek therapy even though i knew i could benefit from it. Having Connie as my therapist has helped me to identify my areas of struggles and how to approach and overcome them in a spiritual and healthy way. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is seeking therapy from a therapist who really cares about the issues of her clients! Thank you for everything Connie!

I have worked with Connie for only about 4 months and I've never felt more empowered and sure of myself than ever before after having worked with her. Having had challenges with past traumas affecting my day to day life was incredibly taxing on me, she has helped guide me step by step through everything I needed to address. It feels absolutely surreal at how much I was able to pinpoint and self-reflect on with her guidance alone. I wanted help, I wanted to get better, and she helped me get to a place where I'm comfortable moving forward without the sessions. She gives you so many tools to address every single grievance you have, whether it be through mind, body or soul. You have to want to do the work, but she will certainly help you with anything you feel that you need to work on. I'm incredibly fortunate that I took a chance to trust her with my story and trust her process. I'm so grateful for having worked with her.

Connie is an absolute wonderful therapist! She’s such a wonderful listener and I was matched with her by truly divine intervention. I always look forward to our weekly sessions and have seen such an improvement in myself from where I started. Connie is one of the best that I have ever experienced (and my master’s degree is in counseling). You cannot go wrong in choosing her to walk beside you. She’s so encouraging and knows when to ask, when to listen, and when to clarify. I am so thankful for her!

As a 40yr old male, therapy can be a daunting task, asking for help is never easy...until I met Connie! Ive been to other therapists and a big thing is rapport to really feel comfortable, and be able fo be open and recieve the help needed for ourselves. Connie is like an old friend, easy to talk to, she listens and hears what you are trying to express. She responds with care and compassion, making sense of your perceived feelings and thoughts, showing and guiding you the ways to navigate, while also standing there with you! Thank you again Connie! 10/10 would recommend!

I really didn't know what my therapy journey would look like, but was very open to discovering my blockers and hurdles. Talking with Connie is always so helpful, even in the beginning when she did all the listening. She quickly zoomed in on identifying my specific stumbling blocks and gently showed me how to change my course. I also appreciate her communications in between sessions, both big and small, because of the encouragement and thoughtfulness. Go Connie!

I really enjoyed speaking to Connie. She is approachable and very helpful. She is straightforward but is also considerate of your feelings. Speaking to her has helped me to feel more confident and helped me to make decisions that I was unsure about. The worksheets she sent me were also very useful. I'm very glad that I decided to do therapy and that I was matched with Connie because the lessons I've learned will stay with me forever.

Absolutely recommended. I've done just 3 sessions with Connie so far and already feel I have made so much progress and can feel myself starting to feel better as I implement Connie's suggestions each week and reflect on her feedback. She is very relaxed and gives off a very non-judgemental and friendly vibe which I think is essential for feeling comfortable enough to open up to your therapist. So grateful for my experience with her so far!

Connie is absolutely amazing! I am 33 and reached a point in life where I needed to do some very hard yet necessary work on my childhood traumas that were surfacing in unhealthy ways and taking over my adult life. I did not work this hard in life to find myself here, so I knew I needed to speak with a proffessionaI. I was apprehensive about being matched with Connie at first, but it did not take long for me to begin to trust her ( trust does not come easily with me just so you know) and begin to talk about my deepest thoughts that are wrapped around my soul. Connie is very empathetic and listens very well. She is able to probe at the triggers by asking me to think more deeply about certain issues that have arose. She is very very knowlagable and I am always learning new things from Connie. I am beginning to feel so much lighter and more sure of myself these days. Much gratitude <3

Connie has been such a blessing! I went through a pretty traumatic surgery and couldn’t seem to get out of this darkness around me. I was afraid of Christian therapy because many times people over spiritualize things rather than getting to the root cause. She uses scripture and prayer but also gives practical guidance which I couldn’t thank her enough for. She knew all the right questions to ask! I was afraid of therapy as well prior but now I’d recommend it to anyone. Thank you Connie for everything!

Where do I even start with how great Connie is? I could not be more grateful to have been matched with her. She has completely helped me turn my life around for the better. She is so kind, compassionate, relatable, understanding, helpful, and encouraging. She has been helping me get through a break up, past trauma, and has taught me so much about myself so that now moving forward in life, I have a better understanding of myself and others and I have been significantly happier since starting my sessions with her. I brag about her constantly to my friends, or just anyone who will listen! I wish everyone I know could have the opportunity to have sessions with Connie. Could not speak more highly of her. Beyond grateful for Connie’s knowledge and work with me, and I look forward to many more sessions. Good days and the bad days, she has been a beacon of light and help!

Connie is really amazing!
She is knowledgeable, thoughtful, kind, and incredibly communicative. Without her, I would be stuck in a very toxic and dysfunctional relationship with a narcissist that whittled down my self esteem so much so that I found it almost impossible to extract myself. She continues to educate and guide me through the chasm of the trauma bond and how to recognise the hidden messages in a manipulative person.
It’s been invaluable for me to have her help, and now I am trying to spread the word to my friends who struggle with the same tendencies and woes.
I also find so much solace in being able to message her throughout the week, especially when I am feeling down or particularly vulnerable to going back to my ex. She is gentle, understanding, and science-based to help me forgive myself AND conceptualise how to understand the chemical reactions inside when dealing with a toxic person.
I am learning so much from Connie!!
Thank you! Thank you!
